Who needs to dread the winters when you can enjoy it?
Conscious Food presents to you an age old kadha recipe that’ll flare your immunity this winter.
To make this warm mug of goodness:
Take about 2 cups of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Add 1-2 inches of thinly sliced ginger,
a small stick of CF’s organic cinnamon stick,
3-4 fresh tulsi leaves,
and 1 pinch of CF’s aromatic black pepper
Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes on low heat and voila!
Strain the kadha into your favourite mug and enjoy.
If the cold waves have already caught your throat, you can add a teaspoon of our honey too.
